Company Profile
Tri-Rez Oil and Gas Grader Division LP is a 100% Cold Lake First Nation owned company. Our goal is to provide reliable and customer focused construction services to the oil and gas, civil construction, and environmental industries. We service the heavy construction line of business from small to large projects. Projects include maintenance of roads, construction of rural roads, general earth moving from pit stripping, site, grading, lagoon construction, and environmental reclamation, and snow removal and winter access.
The company was established in 2002 by Cold Lake First Nation with the purchase of one grader to service as a road maintenance company in the oil and gas industry. Since then, Tri-Rez Grader has purchased a fleet of Graders and diversified into Dozers, Track hoes, and Bobcats.

Tri-Rez Grader employs a full-time certified safety officer. We also hold a Certificate of Recognition (C.O.R.) issued by Alberta Construction Safety Association. Our Safety Program and record have led to reduced WCB assessments in the past and we hold a valid WCB account in Alberta.
